Flatpack Container System is a modular, relocatable structure that allow units to be linked together, either vertical or horizontal to create unique Modular spaces and double-storey buildings.
This is a fast space solution, that is installed and functional in a matter of hours, as each Flatpack Container System is delivered with all the necessary fittings, cables and pipes, ready to be connected to the main lines.

Flatpack containers can easily be transported in compact form. Transport cost savings of up to 75% when compared to ISO containers.
Each Flatpack container unit comes supplied with all the necessary fitting, cables and pipes, ready to be connected to main lines.
All the components of a Flatpack unit is placed within the Flatpack container, including walls, doors and windows.
Flatpack corner postst are easy to erect and fasten, allowing hasssle free assembly.
Polyurethane sandwich wall panels easily slide into the cavities between the posts. Speacial door and window panels are supplied.
A complete Flatpack unit can be erected within 4 hours.
Units can be linked to one another to create large open spaces with or without internal walls seperating areas. Units can also be stacked to create double storey buildings with
viewing platforms.
Units can be combined in various ways. Your units are delivered in the right panel order according to your buildings layout.

Flatpack Container units are available in various widths and lenghts.
We are proud to offer two configurations. Our Flatpack 8” (T8) unit that has a standard width of 8 feet (2.438m), and our Flatpack 10” (T10) unit has a standard width of 10 feet (2.990m). Each configuration has three standard lengths of 2.990m, 6055m and 9.125m.
All of these standar units can be joint together to form larger units.
A Tri-Axle truck can transport up to 8 standard (2.4mx6m) Flatpack Containers.
A Superlink truck can transport up to 12 standard (2.4mx6m) Flatpack Containers.
All size variations of the Flatpack can be transported by road in South Africa and to certain other African countries.
A standard Flatpack unit (2.4mx6m) can be exported to just about any country world wide by means of sea freight.
